The 5th Meeting of the Kyiv Region Volunteer Council Took Place!
On September 11, the fifth meeting of the Kyiv Region Volunteer Council was held on the topic:
“Life after the war. Opportunities for veterans and their families, as well as released POWs and civilians.”
During the meeting, participants discussed key issues:
🔹 education and retraining for veterans
🔹 new employment opportunities
🔹 development of veteran entrepreneurship
🔹 social guarantees and rehabilitation programs
🔹 support for released prisoners of war and civilians
The main takeaway — only through cooperation between the government, business, the public sector, and volunteers can we build a support system that truly works for veterans and their families.
It is a great honor for us that our foundation’s director, Aliona Nazarenko, as the secretary of the Volunteer Council under the Kyiv Regional State Administration, took part in organizing and contributing to this important discussion.
Together, step by step, we are building a future where every veteran and their family have the opportunity to live with dignity after the war 💙💛
